With Abbie Cornish, Ben Whishaw, Paul Schneider, Kerry Fox, Edie Martin, Thomas Brodie-Sangster

Written by Jane Campion (based on the “Keats” biography by Andrew Motion)
Directed by Jane Campion

The Piano director Jane Campion sculpts a moving picture of the relationship between romantic poet John Keats and the outspoken Fanny Brawne in London around 1818. With the opinions and hypocrisy of those around them, this did very little to stifle their passion, although their own emotions could sometimes not be contained. Their torrid relationship is one of intense highs and lows, joy and tragedy.
His beautiful word constructions are reflected in his relationship with Ms. Brawne, but Keats was considered an unsuccessful poet, his work only posthumously grabbing the attention of the public around the world.
